What is Pure Win?
Pure Win is an omnichannel promotion and product catalogue solution, capable of handling Communication Service Providers (Telecom) product complexity. Administrate your product rules and create products and promotions with a few clicks of the mouse. Pure Win users were able to reduce time to market from few weeks to few hours, spend internal time much better instead of endless promotion and product meetings, and have a clear picture of all products and catalogue capabilities in the company portfolio across all the channels (web, CRM, shop, self-care). What users found most helpful is being able to create new products without the need for someone with in-depth know-how of their product catalogue or product processes (IT expert, business analyst etc.). How does Pure Win achieve this?
First off, Pure win defines two levels of configuration
Business Rules Configuration Application
Where one defines product catalogue business rules or how products of a certain type will behave. Pure Win business rule engine is responsible for ensuring that each product created in Pure Win behaves according to these configured business rules.
Product Management Application
Where one creates new products of a certain type. Products created this way will then behave as was defined in “Business Rules Configuration Application”. User (marketing, sales) which creates new products does not have to think about the complexity of business rules which are defined in BR Configuration Application but instead has simple product configuration which includes product general details, eligibility with other products and product offers.
Features
Master product catalogue
For all products in the portfolio across all offering channels (CRM, self-care, web shop, shop / direct sales, call centre). There are multiple possibilities if there is a need for synchronisation of external product catalogues with Pure Win (export and import catalogue – XML, csv, xml, API…)
Cloud or on-premise installation
Depending upon your need. The solution is developed on Azure Cloud where you will not need to worry about resources. However, if you prefer the on-premise solution, it could be installed on a machine of your choice.
Easy integration
Product catalogue and each product details are exposed via API (REST API or SOAP; your choice) which easies integration with external systems like order management, customer inventory or provisioning system, CRM, web shop, etc. You control what is public via API in Business Rules Configuration application. Pure Win could even be used as only a product catalogue system, where external systems consume Pure Win API to receive all needed product information.
Multiple product type handling
Multiple product types: price plan, service, promotion, discount, campaign. Any type of subscription or one-time service could be defined in Pure Win. It is done to include products along with the converge offer as well (e.g. multiple Telecom services – TV option, mobile tariff, fixed-line internet, cloud services).
Business Rule Engine (BRE)
Responsible for executing rules defined in the product catalogue with strong orchestration capabilities and complex product eligibility processing.
Customer Inventory (optional)
Possibility to have active customer inventory as well as the history of all product interactions with the customer. In case you have an inventory solution in place, Pure Win will integrate easily.
Coupon Management (optional)
Easy integration with the Triple Innovations Coupon Management system in case you offer coupons for certain products.
