AI Software Engineer for R&D CPQ Platform
Job Opportunity
Triple Innovations is looking for a Research & Development Engineer with strong enthusiasm, interest and knowhow in AI and rule-based Enterprise systems to join our team working on AI CPQ platform funded under the IRI S3 programme.
AI CPQ combines generative AI, formal logic (SMT), natural language rule configuration, and ESG automation into one powerful platform for complex B2B industries.
Your role
Tech Lead AI role on the project
Develop and validate early-stage prototypes of AI CPQ modules
Design algorithms for product configuration, offer generation, and ESG/CO₂ calculation
Work with formal rule verification technologies (Z3 SMT solver or similar)
Design agentic AI architecture
Research and experiment with AI/ML for quote recommendation and rule translation (natural language to DSL)
Collaborate with external partners (university) and internal experts in AI and business process modelling
Required qualifications
Strong software engineering background (.NET, Python preferred)
Experience in AI/ML (especially NLP or Gen-AI models)
Interest or experience in SMT solving, agentic AI systems, or constraint programming
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a research-oriented mindset
Bonus points for
Experience with complex enterprise systems (like CPQ, CRM, ERP)
Contributions to open-source AI or logic tooling

3.500,00 – 5.000,00 € gross, with potential for multiple performance-based bonuses
