I founded Triple Innovations in 2013 with one idea: software should help clients grow, not just exist as delivered code. More than a decade later, that idea is still the answer to who we are: real solution engineers, who deeply understand our clients’ business goals, with a purpose to deliver solutions clients can configure, evolve and own themselves. This is the main reason all of them stayed with us and choose us as future growth professionals. 

When I started Triple Innovations back in 2013, I had a simple idea I have never let go of: software should help clients grow, not just exist as delivered code. Every project we have taken, every person we have hired, and every product we have built since has been directed toward that idea. 

In those early years, I was the one writing the code, sitting next to a single telecom client. It was there I learned the lesson that has shaped everything since.  Technology is not the hard part, understanding the client’s business to a level you can automate business their reality is the hard part. 

We grew the only way I knew how to grow: through trust, with people I trust and clients that trusted us. We earned that trust through sticking when it meant the most learning and teaching your engineers how to truly help businesses grow, not just deliver code. We have never tried to scale by adding bodies; we tried to scale by adding skill, character, and shared engineering standards. More than a decade later, the people who built this company alongside me are still here, and that, more than any single project, is the thing I am most proud of. 

Along the way, our mission sharpened, but it never really changed. We build business-specific solutions that the people users can configure, evolve and maintain themselves, without depending on a developer, vendor, or even on us. We chose Salesforce and Microsoft as our home platforms because they let us keep that promise of configurability. We chose telecommunications, pharma, production and other complex industries because that is where the work is hardest and most needed. We built our own products like Ofca, because a great engineering solutions belong in the customer’s hands, not behind a middleman. 

What ties all of this together are the values we keep coming back to. Partnership over transactions as we work with clients for years, not for sprints, and we say the difficult things early. Substance over scale a small, senior, committed team will out-deliver a large team of strangers every time which we witnessed on every project that hit the wall. We outpaced such teams. Ownership for the user, a solution that needs us or developers for every little change has failed at everything important. Transparency, and collaboration inside and out, with our team, our finances and business decisions are an open book; with our clients, our estimates and what does not make sense for them is always on display. And curiosity and constant development that pays the bills we invest in research, in education, technologies and in our people because it is the only way to stay genuinely and most useful to those who hire us. 

So, when you ask what Triple Innovations is, that is the answer. We are real engineers, who genuinely believe that good solutions are built together with the customers and deep understanding of their problem and potential and that solutions can change the way a business works. That is what brought me to found and build the company in the first place. It is also what has kept everyone else here, client and colleagues alike.
